Pro Tip: Minimize downtime by starting restoration and cleanup immediately.
Our team is trained to reduce water damage and limit further harm. We follow established procedures to set up equipment, monitor drying conditions, and document each step to ensure accuracy and accountability throughout the process.
We provide detailed moisture data, thermal imaging, and moisture mapping to support a consistent, effective drying approach. This documentation ensures conditions are stabilized and recovery is on track.
Our equipment includes extraction vehicles, pumps, and portable units designed to handle all types of water. When paired with structural dehumidification, this process can shorten downtime and reduce repair or replacement needs.
Uncontrolled moisture can damage walls, floors, furniture, electronics, and documents. Drying early in the process is often key to preserving a structure and its contents.
We use desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers, radiant heat, and air movers to restore balance to the environment and prevent further issues. Dehumidification helps control secondary damage and lowers the risk of mold growth over time.

Mold & Microbial Remediation
We are here to help.
SERVPRO Team George has experience with large-scale commercial microbial cleanup. Indoor spaces affected by sewage or mold can pose health risks and damage building materials. Protecting the safety of building occupants and workers is a constant priority.
We coordinate with independent environmental professionals to define the scope of work and determine if air quality testing is needed to confirm safe conditions. This ensures compliance with health standards and supports long-term building use.
Our trained technicians have handled hundreds of large commercial mold cleanup efforts. To support this, we maintain specialized equipment for various remediation needs, including cryogenic blasting units, supplied-air respirators, protective gear, HEPA scrubbers, and HEPA vacuums. Equipment is routinely inspected and maintained for reliability in complex environments.

Fire Damage Cleanup
Pro Tip: Minimize downtime by starting restoration and cleanup immediately.
After a fire, properties often suffer not only from fire and smoke damage but also significant water damage from firefighting efforts. Each situation is unique, but the core response steps remain consistent. Delays in neutralization, corrosion control, drying, or cleaning can worsen conditions and raise restoration costs.
Fires release chemicals and soot that complicate cleanup and decontamination. Various cleaning methods and odor control systems are used to address these effects. Water used to extinguish the fire can affect areas far beyond the visibly burned sections, sometimes reaching structural cavities, subflooring, and hidden surfaces.
Prompt structural drying helps limit damage, prevent mold, and reduce reconstruction needs. We also handle contents restoration, including inventory tracking, damage documentation, cleaning, and professional pack-out and pack-in services to support a complete and organized recovery process.

Catastrophic Response
Three Words: Preparedness. Restoration. Recovery.
Natural disasters—floods, wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, and winter storms—can disrupt business operations within minutes. The speed and organization of the initial response often determines the extent of long-term damage. Identifying a capable response team in advance enables immediate action when time is critical.
SERVPRO Team George has a dedicated Storm Response and Large Loss Division trained to manage large-scale events under pressure. The team includes logistics staff, site supervisors, and project managers experienced in mobilizing labor, securing materials amid supply chain disruptions, and working within restricted access zones. Pre-loaded vehicles and stocked supply trailers allow for rapid deployment, reducing delays in urgent situations.
Since 2008, we’ve supported recovery in 22 disaster zones—both federal and private—including post-hurricane coastal response, wildfire mitigation in remote regions, and large-scale water removal from commercial properties. These operations have helped develop SERVPRO’s national storm protocols and continue to guide our work during high-impact events, ensuring a methodical and efficient recovery process.
